What To Expect
We’re here to help all of our clients get the most out of our treatments and the time they spend with us. If you’re new to Footworks Podiatry, we’ll ask you to fill in our new patient form online before you visit. If you don’t have access to the internet we will ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete your form. This gives us the chance to go through your medical history so we can be certain that your treatment plan and its details are exactly right for you.
We believe in understanding our clients’ needs properly to help gain the best possible results. This commitment sets us apart and helps you feel comfortable, confident and assured.
Musculoskeletal / biomechanical assessment
Our musculoskeletal and biomechanical assessments are extremely thorough. That’s why we ask you to bring up to 3 pairs of your day-to-day footwear and to wear relatively fitted comfortable clothing or shorts.

Your first visit is relaxed and friendly. We start with a full foot-health check, discuss your concerns, and explain everything clearly in simple terms. Most patients receive treatment on the day — whether that’s nail care, skin treatment, pain relief, or advice on footwear and foot orthoses. You’ll leave with a personalised plan and plenty of guidance to help keep your feet comfortable and healthy.

Yes, we can provide your insurance company our details and registration for you to claim back.
